For over 35 years, I've been helping high-performing women manage boundaries without guilt and reset the balance in their lives. I believe that setting boundaries isn't selfish--it's essential for today's demanding world.

I didn't create The Balance Reset because I wanted to become a coach and educator. 

I created it because I've lived the cost of chronic over-functioning ... the kind that looks like success on the outside and exhaustion on the inside.

Through my own reset, I realized that balance isn't about doing more or fixing yourself. 

It's about realigning the parts of your life that quietly drain energy until nothing feels sustainable.

My approach is grounded in Science-Based Research, real-life clinical, financial, corporate consulting experience and a deep respect for the complexity of women's lives.
